We've stayed here twice and it's a nice get away. The rocking chairs on the front porch have a nice quite and peace view. Cellphones done work but there is wifi. The inn is well keep and in great shape. We stayed in the room-sweet dreams. The room was very nice with a very large bathroom and soaking tub. Breakfast is excellent.

Set back from the road, this inn is a lovely large home surrounded by a beautiful porch. We were welcomed by the innkeepers warmly. Our room was beautiful. Bed very comfortable. Climate control was perfect. Bathroom clean and well appointed. Breakfast was delicious, and served with style. We appreciated the attention to details.

I just spent 4 nights with Innkeepers Mike and Nancy. It's hard to summarize the stay, but from the comfortable beds, heated bathroom floors, the fireplace Mike cleans out and prepares nightly (it was rainy and cold a few days of my stay so the fireplace was most welcoming), the cozy sitting room and library full of books and movies, to Nancy's amazing three course breakfasts and Mike's attention to every detail to make your stay memorable, and of course the daily gifts on your pillow (never the same gift twice), this place is a must stop for work or pleasure. You will not be disappointed and will hate to leave. Highly recommend this amazing place!!

Room Tip: All rooms are great

A very quaint B&B located in central Vermont. It's off the road so there's not much noise at all. Cell coverage is spotty so you can be off the grid if you wish, although WiFi is available.

Hosts are great and breakfast is very good, although only an hour long so no lazy mornings in bed!

Although a bit isolated there are plenty of things to do a short drive away!

My wife and I stayed in the Morning Glory room and we loved it. We were on a honeymoon road trip and we had always wanted to stay at a Bed and Breakfast in Vermont and the Maple Leaf Inn was everything we had hoped for. It had everything we needed and even wanted like a huge bath tub where we used a wedding gift bath bomb. The bed was so comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. I can not say enough how sweet the couple was that ran the Inn. We felt as if we had our own space to enjoy ourselves but also felt as if we could ask for anything at all. It was a perfect time.

Room Tip: Morning Glory was on the top floor and felt as if we had tons of privacy.

Located nine-miles north of Woodstock on VT-12 is the Maple Leaf Inn, a B&B situated on 16 forested acres near the small town of Barnard. Our party stayed a weekend in two of the seven rooms and enjoyed the ambiance of the inn as well as the surrounding area. Our rooms (Autumn Woods and Spring Hollow) were mirror images of each other, complete with reclining wing-back chairs and fireplaces.
Breakfast was served each morning by the proprietors -- scones, egg soufflé, bacon, link sausage, waffles, seasonal local fruit, etc, all delicious. Along with the great food, we also enjoyed the conversation with the other guest.

The inn is comfortably furnished with a well stock library of books and DVDs. There is a fire pit where guest gather some evenings as well as a communal living room. Each bedroom is equipped with cable TV and DVD player. Our rooms each had Jacuzzi tubs.

Minutes from the Appalachian Trail and Silver Lake, the inn offers access to outdoor activities. Ten-minutes north of quaint Woodstock and 25-minutes from Quechee, there is plenty to see and do in the area.
We highly recommend Maple Leaf Inn and intend on visiting again soon.
