Skiing was great, limited runs - but expected at this time of year. The check in to the resort was not enjoyable, the check in agent couldn't locate our room on the map or answer fairly basic questions. I was hoping for a ski in/out room and when I found it we weren't in one, I asked to change. Answer "I think those are all full." Ya think or ya know!? Blank stare. Turns out the Jay Hotel had vacancies, but we didn't get offered that. To be honest, even switching rooms at check in would have been like cracking Kryptos.
Water park was same - they give you a silly wrist band to wear as part of the ski, stay, splash package which falls off right away. We had the bands with us when we went in, but since they weren't on our "wrists", drama ensued.
Anyway, customer service is a mixed bag...
