Skip this hotel - especially out of season! We were looking forward to a quiet 5 days in the mountains of Vermont. This property was listed as a Tapestry Collection by Hilton - It was nothing of the kind! The exterior of the property was in disrepair and there was no evidence that they were attempting to fix things during the summer “off season.” The rooms were a good size, but the shower leaked water all over the bathroom whenever we took a shower. The requested balcony room had a great view, but had two plastic weave upright chairs and no table to set drinks on while enjoying the view. We request better furniture and were told there wasn’t another choice, even when we could see armed chairs and tables on other balconies. During the summer season there is no restaurant. Breakfast is a Starbucks counter that closes at 11 am and only offers a partial selection of pastries - all at typical SB prices. The bar had a limited selection of everything, although the items on their bar menu were better than we expected. The final insult was when we received our bill and realized that rather than the $75 per stay pet fee listed on website, we had been charger $350 per night for having our 18 year old Dachshund with you. We had to dispute this with corporate to get it refunded.

There are lots of other options in this beautiful area, even in the off season. Skip this property.

This a very poorly ran and maintained property. I am a Hilton Honors Diamond For Life & I have never stayed at a hotel with such poor service all around. The hotel needs LOTS of maintenance inside & out. Management was nowhere to be found during or 5 day stay. They charge $10/night while they have an abandoned vehicle in the parking lot with multiple low tires. Took me talking to 4 people over 2 days to resolve an issue with balcony furniture. Then the topper was they over charged me by charging me $340 a night for a pet fee.

This was a quick stay for us in Vermont. The staff was so friendly and willing to assist if needed. The rooms were very clean and the environment had something for everyone which includes pool table, board games, and seating areas to socialize. Laundry is available for guests. Overall, would stay again!
