The hotel/inn offers terrible service. Everything is slow. And you get a lot of conflicting information from staff.

For instance, when we arrived for an 8-day stay, they informed us that we need to call if we would like to have the room cleaned.

Today, I asked for cleaning for the next day. I was told that “avail” decided after Covid that it was “more profitable” not to clean the rooms. Sure it is. But at the same time this is unacceptable. We stay for seven nights and they refuse to clean the room and bathroom— really?

Don’t come here if you have better options. I won’t be back, and I will tell everyone.

Pillows are horrible, food below average and overpriced. Lift ticket overpriced and half of them not working.
Tv is tiny.
Got injured with torn MCL and they offered no sympathy, no refund on the hotel. I checked out earlier but no refund. They provided stale power bars at the check in

Wifi is very spotty and has been an ongoing problem since the floods of July 2023. Can't do Zoom calls and sometimes you lose the signal altogether. Owners lose access inside through the pool area front desk to get to the locker room before 10am. This change was not announced and reflects poorly on management. Owners/guests were not notified. Can't stay in a place with poor wifi. Also, while grooming was good, not enough trails were open from the top of the lifts.
