Description: Rustic Roots a is chef-owned full service restaurant and features made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch, as well as early weekend dinners by reservation. We are located on the village green in the heart of Shelburne Village. For brunch: we are on a first-come, first served basis for groups smaller than 4. For groups of 4-7, reservations are recommended. We typically can not accommodate groups of 8 or more without making special arrangements in advance. During peak hours a wait should be expected. For dinner: we offer a single-seating early dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings only. Reservations strongly recommended for groups of all sizes- please call in advance! Private dining: please be aware that at times we do book hold private events in the evening. Any dates which conflict with our regular business hours will be posted to our website in advance.

We stopped here with our family when visiting Shelburne. They have a nice selection of items for breakfast or lunch. We were there on a Sunday about an hour before closing and didn’t have to wait too long. I had a pastrami sandwich which was good. They have a full bar and a nice selection of craft beers.

Unfortunate this restaurant is only open for dinner on Friday and Saturday, so we weren't able to do dinner there, but we had lunch there twice. It is very small and very popular, so either go early or late. They also do breakfast all day. The homemade soup and popover were excellent as was the pastrami sandwich. All the food we saw go out to others looked excellent. It is popular with locals as well as travelers and deserves its reputation as a very good place to eat.

Very small restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch. I had a vegetable quiche and mamgo infused chai ice tea. Both were excellent. Their breakfast items look very inyeresting as well

This is one of the nicest meals we have ever had. If it were closer to home, we would be regulars. Delicious food and perfect service.
