We decided to stop at Wahoo’s after checking in to our hotel. There were loads of cars when we drove past and just as many when we stopped. Despite that our dinner order came out pretty quickly. I ordered the cheeseburger and hubby got the cheese and steak sub, we split an order of fries. My burger was cooked perfectly, was super thick and I couldn’t finish it. Hubby completely enjoy his sub and both of us enjoyed the crispy fries. There’s ice cream for dessert (we didn’t get any because we didn’t have room) but I can’t wait to come back and try some. There are tables to sit outside, nothing inside.

My wife had stopped here previously and told me how great the burgers were. We were traveling through the area recently, and held off on lunch for an hour or more just to eat at Wahoo's. I ordered a cajun burger, she ordered a rice bowl with chicken, and we both ordered iced teas (regular for me, raspberry for her). My burger was fantastic, but her rice was uncooked/inedible, and the iced teas were both too bitter to drink, even with sugar. Rather than going back to complain, she ate the few small bites of chicken and we stopped elsewhere to get her a couple slices of pizza. I'm not sure if we would stop at Wahoo's again, but if we did, we would stick with the burgers and fountain drinks.

We were traveling from New York to New Hampshire. We stopped here for a quick bite.. Fries and hotdogs were great.

I stopped for their fries two nights in a row while in Wilmington. They were so good! The Buffalo fries were a generous portion. The burgers are also very good.

The French fries here are the best I have ever had anywhere. We ordered both regular and sweet potato fries and both were perfectly crispy and delicious. This place is more expensive than we are used to for a roadside stand, but it is so worth it! An awesome place. We will definitely be back.
