I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but an entrepreneur. Leo was so informative, cheerful, and obviously loves what he does. My taste buds were shifting gears from the mildest drip coffee, to the Sumatran pour over, to the Nitro cold coffee brew, which was like a virgin lager, to the dirty chai; all with no cream or anything...just pure bliss. I was so impressed! Coffee is serious business! Thanks again, Leo, for making my 1st coffee experience most memorable!

We were looking for a true local coffee shop and found it here and more! They roast in house and offer pour overs and even artisan teas! We tried the nitro coffee and a cappuccino both of which were delicious! The owner Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We will be back!!!

Nothing like a fresh cup of locally roasted coffee to start or end your day. I personally am a tea drinker and I love his choices of tea blends. Great local small town friendly atmostphere where the elk is blue most days!

Great little find in Elkton. We were staying at Massanutten. Went to Elton for breakfast. ( see my review of C &S ). Found this great little place. Great to kill some time in or grab 'n' go. Look for it downtown.

Love this place! I pick up a pound of Costa Rica or Bolivia beans, two of the several coffee blends(roasted fresh daily)every week and sometimes stop in with friends to enjoy a fresh brewed cup of Buttery Bliss, the coffee of the day mixed with a combination of butter and coconut oil. It's yummy! The proprietor usually has "Elk Bites" gluten free snacks or other baked goods available, which compliments the coffee. The Blue Elk also serves it's homemade ginger ale cascade, hot chocolate, a variety of loose tea and more. Roasted coffees come in lb. and 1/2 lb. size, as well as k cups. Wi-Fi available.
