We absolutely loved the cabin in the woods!
The cleanliness, the privacy and the check in and out policy they have in place is awesome!
The decor is so homey feeling. You don’t actually need anything except your clothes, everything is fully stocked

Cannot say enough about the charm of this secluded cabin! We stayed here two nights and had a wonderful time. The kitchen is well equipped and it is close enough to restaurants, grocery stores and hiking trails but still far enough to feel secluded! The owners were incredibly accommodating- even brought us up an extra propane tank within 5 minutes of calling! Highly recommend!!!!

A great place to stay and enjoy the many things the area has to offer. We would recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet time away from it all or a chance to visit the Blue Ridge Parkway, listen to local music, walk the trails or eat at the local restaurants.

This was a great experience - from the beauty of the area, a secluded cabin in the woods with large windows overlooking the pines, furniture & accessories inside and outside that matched the atmosphere and getting away from it all, deer visiting the cabin, everything you need for cooking, etc. - and hosts that are attentive yet give you space. The town of Galax is close by, with any shopping needs, as is the Blue Ridge Music Center, and the New River Trail for a pleasant walk in the woods. What else could you ask for in a getaway from it all weekend or more. This will definitely be my Go-To place when visiting the area. Thank you Terry & Randy !!!

When we entered through the cabin door, we weren't sure if we were in VA or in Colorado! The view of the large pine trees through the glass windows is breathtaking. The log furniture and decor give the feel of an authentic log cabin nestled in a ski lodge environment. The hot tub on the front porch is amazing and we visited it frequently as temperatures dropped below freezing both nights we were there. The location of the cabin is perfect if you enjoy hiking/driving on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It is also very convenient to the quaint town of Galax with wonderful stores and restaurants. We definitely plan to visit again!
