This cabin was wonderful. It was warm and cozy, and the decorations were so cute and rustic. It was very neat and clean, and had lots of eating and cooking utensils. The jacuzzi was also fabulous, especially at night under the stars. I would highly recommend the Bears Den!

This cabin was the perfect getaway !! Everything was exactly as pictured & we really enjoyed the town of Galax & the new river trail (word of advice: start the trail at the cliff view entrance, there's a park office where you can get more information on the trail & including maps of Virginia & galax area specifically). Everything in the cabin was very clean including linens & towels. The kitchen is small but we still made a small meal at the house. The cabin is close enough to town but still secluded enough to have privacy & quiet ! We saw a deer one morning from the front porch. If we ever need a place to relax, we would definitely return to the bears den cabin. No complaints!! (Although, absolutely no cell signal at the cabin or in galax-even in town!!!-a blessing & a curse-good to print out directions in case you don't have reception). We went to the Rex theater Friday night & loved the music !! All around great trip !

This was our second trip to this cabin. It is a peace of heaven. Immaculate! Comfortable! Peaceful! Relaxing! Everything you could ask for a get-a-way!

Very quiet, secluded, cozy place. Perfect for a couple getaway. This cabin has everything that you would need for a quick stay. My husband and I came home refreshed.

This is a very clean place and has what you need. WE didn't get to spend a lot of time as we got in late and left fairly early the next day. Did venture to Galax which is very close by. Would recommend, easy to find.
