This hotel is great for a business stay. Nothing exclusive but decent for a man on business and need a place to stay.
the staff is very nice and co operative.
But they need to improve on their breakfast.
Not much of a choice.
can do much better on coffee and tea and also need more options like juice and some bread

Every one was so helpful. They worked like a team. The rooms were very clean, front desk staff was friendly and resourceful. They allowed me to check-in early, the kitchen utensils were clean and more than enough for me.

Binod and his team really did a great job. They are wonderful and so friendly people.
Good work!

Trash in parking lot and elevator. When we arrived (check in is 3 pm and we got there at 5 pm), the room wasn’t ready. No towels, or even toilet paper. Mind you, this is a hotel where people stay for weeks at a time, so they only have a handful of rooms to clean each day. Front desk clerk suggested we go to dinner and she’d have it done eventually. Me we heard for the first time what should be their slogan, “I can’t help you; I just work here.”

“Free WiFi” is so bad so couldn’t get email or back up my phone. But for $5/day, they’ll happily upgrade you.

You can get supplies at the front desk - except you can’t. They were out of shampoo, facial tissues, towels, and other basics. And the front desk clerk doesn’t have a key to the housekeeping supplies. Sure; why would you want to enable your staff to take care of your guests?

They don’t do daily maid service like most hotels. This is not disclosed in advance. BUT for an extra $10/day, you can get maid service. Bait and switch anyone?

The room had some issues. The bathroom fan is a screeching 85 deciBels, which means that it wakes up anyone in the room. And you can’t talk through the bathroom door. I sure hope no one ever needs an EMT.

The flat screen TV had brown spots all over the screen, and four days in, ESPN suddenly became a continuous infomercial for DirectTV.

The “full kitchen” doesn’t include a coffee maker. I did, however, include a constant water leak inside the fridge, which had an inch-thick slab of ice in the bottom when we arrived.

The “Grab-and-Go” breakfast is coffee, grocery store granola bars and pre-wrapped muffins. No fruit or other proteins. There’s a big spot for oatmeal that was always empty. (See photo.)

Extended Stay America likes to advertise as that they are a bargain hotel. They aren’t even a hotel; I’ve seen better-organized riots. This location was a nightmare but it’s clear from their nickel-and-dime polices that the problems go much higher up. The few employees who actually care are hamstrung and can’t do their jobs.

Be afraid; be very afraid.

When we checked in, we were to get two beds in our room. Come to find out we only got one. When we went to desk she told us they were sold out, however could give us a room on maintanence list. When we went to that room and opened the door, there were people in it! Second room we went to had no AC, somehow her and the manager thinks it’s okay to put a guest in a room that isn’t fully functioning. Then we tried getting breakfast only 25 minutes after it started, and it was already out. How do you run out of breakfast for your guest? This hotel is terrible. I will never stay in an ESA hotel until I’m reimbursed for this trip.

I liked this place and front desk people are really nice and they will take care the issue very closely and they will treat the people like their family and help in all the manners. I would recommend this is the best place you can choose for short stay or long stay. I have been here from January and still continue my stay as I have liked this place very much. Especially kitchen as they wI'll give some limited vessels which are required for one or two persons. Eventhough they are fine for cooking. Thanks.
