Great food on the sea shore. All local food is gorgeous, prices are affordable or even low. They charge 10% service charge. Personnel is very friendly, but not all of them speak English equally good. We had been taking lunches and dinners in this restaurant for almost 3 weeks and adored it's atmosphere, service and food. Thank you!

Decided to go for a lunch at Rom Had Restaurant , ordered few dishes which were just below the average quality...
The Thai Omelet was so oily that I looked that it sunk for a while.. couldn't finish it.
The steam rice and spaghetti were raw and not ready to eat...

The local stuff are very friendly and that's the only positive comment about this place, the food is very pricy so I was expecting to have at least a "OK" food..
If you are not a budget traveler and looking for a nice beach restaurant , better walk few meters along the coast and check the others as that one totally not worth the experience and your money.

Do not recommend this place as the rice and the spaghetti are raw. The food look great however Yellow curry is watery and the omelette is way too oily.
We came into this place as it was just right on the beach. The price is not cheap compare to the quality of food.

We had high hopes for this well presented feet-in-the-sand restaurant so it was a real shame they didn't deliver better food.

Two dishes were quite bland and the lack of spice in the pad prig pao was made worse by lots of coconut cream. It was more like a boring panang curry. The sour mackerel soup was the best dish but despite a fair few chilli 'scuds' floating in the soup it wasn't spicy at all. They obviously made the paste/stock separately and just dropped in the chilli just before serving. They also should have used a tea light candle under the metal bowl to keep it hot.

We we're going to come back for their barbeque seafood but changed our minds based on this experience.
