This is a nice hotel. We had the superiour room which came with free chocolate! The food in the restaurant is good quality and the staff are friendly. Pity they don't have a pool but would recommend for family or business trip.

I stay a few nights a week most weeks, check in staff are always smartly presented, polite and super friendly. Checking in is very quick even when its busy. The bar is very well staffed and on hand for anything you need, Terry in particular is making sure your happy and that you have everything as well as checks from the serving staff. Really great selection on the menu particularly since the menu change, great improvement. Rooms are nice and clean and if you are cold you can ring reception and they will boost the heating for you which is great as I like a warm room! Only change I would make would be the possibility of a daily food special just to have something different as an option.
