A friend and I stayed here for a week recently and loved it. The Villa was very clean and comfortable, but it was the views that enchanted us - 180 degree panorama, taking in the sea and the mountains; having to climb 165 steps to get there wasn't too daunting when the reward was such wonderful views!
Teresa, the owner was very hospitable, meeting us at the Sita bus stop and organising a taxi to collect us! She had bought fresh fruit for us as well, and made us feel very welcome. I would thoroughly recommend this villa as long as you are not deterred by climbing a lot of steps to get there!

We spent 5 days there. The ambiance was perfect to relax and enjoy the holiday (lemon trees, magnificent terrace). Minori is lovely: (liitle but) sandy beach, great pasticceria, great restaurant (A Ricetta), beautiful coast and view from the apartment. Villa Fiorita is a perfect place for holiday who has no fear of 166 steps (to get there).
There is no parking possibility in the town but the owner/agency can manage it.

We (huband and wife plus 3 children aged 20, 18 and 17) stayed here last week. The views from the villa were superb in 3 directions and the villa very well appointed. We visited Amalfi, Ravello and Capri but paid less for our holiday by staying in Minori, which is a genuine Italian resort. The drawbacks (if you call them so) are the noise in being situated above the town (especially in the bedroom withour air con), and the steps up to the villa.

This is not a hotel, this is a real villa, consisting of two independent apartemenets, one is ok for 2 people and another for 4-5. There is nearly no service so you need to take care of everything yourself as you would do at home. Of course you find everything in good state on arrival. Beds are changed normally once a week.
You have to pass under the shades of some 50 m long beautiful lemon garden from the gate to the house door, which has been always impressing me every time. Awesome views, even much better then on the website advertising the property. 5 min. long walk to the beach. Location on the hillside means you need to walk some 160 steps up there, and there is no other way. So not advisable for people with health problems. We had 3 years old child with us and it did not create any problem.
The property was booked through www.summerinitaly.com where it is named Villa Trophimena.
