Its a waste of money to stay here. The rooms are really old and dated. The hotel is next to the main road, with car noise all day and night, the parking cost 10 € and the staff are rude and very angry all the time. I would not stay here even for 10 € in totall even though it cost 70 € (with parking) I would not reccomend this to anybody at any time.

Over and out.

The hotel is very basic. It is old, with basic equipment but clean. There is no refridgerator in the room and no baby crib is availablr. Breakfast is OK. There are very few parking spaces in the hotel which you have to pay for and book in advance. In general it would be OKish if it were not for the owners. They are very rude and unfriendly for no obvious reason. Not a suitable behaviour for the hospitallity industry in such a touristic place!

At €20 pp/pn including tax, this was the cheapest place we could find on the Amalfi coast so you can imagine we were surprised when we arrived to find that breakfast was included! When we missed our train and arrived 2 hours after our check in time, there were no problems and they checked us in quickly and didn’t charge us anything extra. The room was clean and tidy with an ensuite and balcony and all toiletries and commodities (TV, air conditioning etc) were provided. Check out was at 10am and it was no problem to leave our bags downstairs while we went out for the day and collecting them in the evening was hassle free. The service was very friendly and the lady spoke good English. The hotel is in a very convenient location with the bus to Amalfi/Salerno stopping right outside and restaurants very nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again.

My dad, brother and I stayed here on 15th February for a night, and I am so pleased it was only for a night. It was hard to find and when we walked in it stunk of dog! I love dogs but this wasn't a pleasant smell, although the dog was rather cute. When we paid she tried to short change us and we tried to explain, (which is quite hard when we speak different languages) and each time she was getting the hump with us, counting the change, saying she was right. She finally decided to take our word but had to check on the calculator first, she then realised what she had done and decided to apologise. My brother had an extremely bad cough and whenever he did cough the lady (I'm guessing the owner) looked at him in disgust. When we went up to the room, it was freezing and we did have problems with the heater so the lady did have to come up and help. The room wasn't very clean, i didn't want to walk around without shoes on and there were big thick cobwebs on the wardrobes. The bath was tiny and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest I've seen, so we all decided to make do without a shower. The breakfast was full of sweets and chocolates. The old lady had just as bad customer service as the younger one. I really did not enjoy this hotel and do not recommend it to anyone.

Don't be fooled that this is a nice spot along the Amalfi Coast. It's in a dirty back street that couldn't be further from the image we had in our minds.

The staff were rude and so inhospitable, unlike most other Italians we have met.

Do not stay here! We ended up driving 4 hours to Rome so we didn't have to stay here and changed our itinerary around!
