Visiting this place and taking a tour was very interesting- we got to see the gardens and the wine cellars, and also try some of the wines. The additionally make this fantastic 10yo balsamic vinegar which is totally worth its slightly high price.

The wine and food experience at the Castello di Verrazzano is an excellent value. This picturesque winery /vineyard is a short distance from Florence. The tour through the gardens and cellars was most interesting. The lunch and wine tasting that followed was outstanding with very generous portions of both the wine and food. Stunning views of the Tuscan countryside, delicious Chianti and super Tuscan reds, delicious food made from the freshest local ingredients.

Stopped here as part of our tour of the Tuscany region. We had a wonderful meal with various wines after a tour of the wine making facilities, which was very informational.

Did a tour and wine pairing lunch. It was excellent and a lot of fun. That said, if you want to buy some really good wine, go to Castello Vicchiomaggio, 5 minutes away.

We did the Saturday special with lunch. It was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely natural and delicious, the wine was excellent and not too expensive. Best wine tasting experience we've had. Highly recommended!!!
