Fantastic service and food, mesmerizing location, 100% recommended, a must-visit. I really enjoyed the food, especially the meat and the desserts so by all means if you are passing by consider stopping here for your meal.

We were recommended to this restaurant by the owners of Mille Luci restaurant as they knew we appreciated good food. We reserved a table for 8.30pm but did not appreciate this restaurant is mainly favoured by Italians who live or work in the area and normally dine later in the evening but nevertheless we decided to stay and dine along with about five other diners. We started with the proscuitto and melon as a shared starter costing 15 euros which was more than sufficient for two persons. For main dishes we had the gnocchi zaffernano scallops at 15 euros and the spaghetti scogliera seafood at 16 euros. together with a litre of the house wine at 10 euros.
The dishes of food were delightfully presented and the service was good. The house wine was not the best I have had in the resort but drinkable. We enjoyed the food but would have preferred a few more clients seated around us.

A fine welcome on a sunny February lunchtime in an otherwise phantom out of season Lido. A wide range of clientele enjoying a la carte and menu fisso at 11 euros. The latter is not advertised nor does it appear on the menu presented but its availability was confirmed at the table with a choice of three starters, three main dishes and vegetables - no water, wine or coffee include. This appears to be a fine fish restaurant as well as a pizzeria done to perfection in the wood-fired oven. The fixed lunch menu - menu fisso - was tasty and excellent value for money washed down with a perfectly drinkable house wine. Draught beer is al also available. Apart from the lack of profile of the menu fisso and the apparent disappointment of the waiter when this was requested, the service was also excellent with detailed explanation of the deliciousness of the Sarde a Saor (sardines marinated in onions and vinegar without the raisins and pine nuts which characterise the traditional Venetian recipe) A version of this with prawns was highly recommended by the waiter and said to be delicious - spaventoso! The sardines served with simple spinach was indeed excellent. This was preceded by a generous portion of seafood pasta which was excellent. I will certainly remind myself to visit Al Brigantino for dinner and its a la carte delights to see if it matches the delight of the value for money lunch. Highly recommended.

This place was recommended to us by our hotel hostess: "this is the place we (meaning staff) go to after work. They have excellent seafood." She was right. Both seafood and pasta were delicious, fresh, homemade and beautifully presented. Deserts were good. This place was located one street over the hotel strip and the patrons were either local or Italian speakers. Our bill was €50 for two people and included appetizer, water, main course and deserts plus €2 per person cover charge. Plenty of food.
