I stayed here as I wanted a hotel near the beach but also one that you could then commute into Venice - this hotel does both. It also have a wonderful thermal spa which is just amazing, it is like swimming in Evian water. Had great facials and massages as well. My room was great, very comfortable bed and a rain forest shower which was such a joy to stand under, it also had a power hose. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. The best thing about the hotel is that you are assigned your own sunbeds when you check in so no fighting for one or getting up at 6am to claim your bed! The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the bus station where you can travel directly to Marco Polo airport or to the docks to catch the ferry into Venice or the other islands. Great way to commute. The hotel is surrounded by shops and restaurants and had its own restaurant which serves great food. The rooms are excellent, really comfortable beds. Highly recommend this hotel

Room Tip: I was in 525 which was a great room with a balcony/side view of hotel

We stayed at the end of May in one of thier suites. The location was excellant, right on the beach and about 100 metres from the main shopping area. The hotel layout was very nice and comfortable and spotlessly clean also the food was very good. All the staff were very helpful and pleasant. We really could not have asked for or recommend a better hotel to stay at in Jesolo.
Thank you for a great time.

Room Tip: We had 4 rooms in total all has sea views.

This hotel was absolutely beautiful. You are right on the water and there are plenty of beach lounging chair for all guests as well as umbrellas. There is also a newly refinished deck where you are served a beautiful breakfast. You don't even have to leave the hotel! You can walk right up to the deck where there is a bar and a place to order lunch. 1/2 a block in front of the hotel, you are right on the shopping strip. We walked up and down many times and never made it to the end. It goes on for miles. There are plenty of restaurants and stores for all your needs.
Also, if you want to visit Venice you have to drive down the peninsula about 25 minutes and then you can take a ferry across. This was also very cool.

We booked this hotel for my husbands 65th birthday at a cost of 980 euros for the week for bed & breakfast. We had booked a sea view but on arrival the manager informed us we would have to pay another 40 euros a night extra when we tried to explain he started ranting and shouting at us in a very aggressive way as if we were children we immediately conceded and stayed the first night in a sea view room which at this point it had gone dark so could not see a lot. He charged us 40 euros for it even though the hotel was quite empty. We moved to a side sea view the next morning we were very upset and embarrassed. Breakfast was bad only greasy nearly raw uncooked bacon dried up scrambled egg boiled eggs and very rubbery fried eggs thank god for making ourselves some toast and a variety of cakes etc. These comments have nothing to do with our unpleasant check in!!! The hotel was spotlessly clean and right on the beach but no gardens car park at front beach on the other. BE WARNED the beach is full of hawkers selling handbags scarfs sun glasses and offering massages it was a nightmare everytime we tried to relax our eyes we were interrupted constantly!!!! If you can afford it go for a hotel with a pool wish we had. Lido de Jeselo is lovely restaurants good try Tempini always a queue to get in excellent food and service good value. We went for a special occasion but felt very disappointed overall we have travelled a lot in our lives but for the very first time we were glad to go home.

We had 2 rooms in the old wing & 1 room in new wing.
The room in the old wing are average sized with double bed, sofa & dressing table & a tv the size of a CCTV, bathroom is average sized with really small corner shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower caps & hair dryer are provided, thought the hair dryer is not very strong. The air con in the old wing is pretty bad & wifi connection is almost non existing...I would suggest getting a room in the new part.

Although there are signs at the entrance to suggest they have satellite tv, money exchange, air con, gym, sauna etc etc, they do not have money exchange & everything else hotel suggest they have is of poor standard.

We had lunch at the hotel restaurant (from a la carte menu) & food is average, nice selection at breakfast time though there is no fresh juice & if arriving late, hot food tends to be gone.

With each room you are allocated a sun bed on the beach, the beach is accessible via the restaurant & hotel does not provide beach towels! The sun beds cannot be moved as they are attached to the sun umbrella & the sun umbrella cannot be moved either! The beach is pretty crowed with sun beds & with people hassling you to buy things.

If you have friend visiting you the hotel does not allow them to come into the room, as we were very rudely told by the reception as our friends were turned away.

Parking is very limited, there are 2 floors and seems to be full most times..the gate to the car park/entrance to the hotel is always shut at night, you must ring the bell for the night porter to open the gate, the night porter looks pretty annoyed everytime we go in & out!

The location is pretty good, lots of bars, restaurants & shops just outside the hotel & beach is just at the back of hotel, a short drive out will take you to a water park & a big super market & the boats to Venice is about 40mins drive away.

The stay could have been nice if the staff were more accommodating, probably would try a different hotel if I was to return but would not stay more than 2 nights.

Room Tip: request for a room in the new wing

We loved this hotel, stayed there 5 nights on our honeymoon, the room was very clean, quiet and comfortable, just a little on the small side (a common complaint in Italy) but still adequate for us. The pool room downstairs is fantastic, very reminiscent of a Roman bath house! Food is excellent, staff very friendly, wifi connection in the room was great, location right on the beach. No extra charge for internet, air conditioning, or beach access. Overall the hotel seems a little better than many of the others nearby, which are mostly 3-star, we think we did well staying here.

My girlfriend and I stayed here one night and booked directly stopping by the hotel. We wanted to stay a couple of nights and we were told by the owner that the hotel was closing the following day, so we decided to stay 1 night only. We were told, that price included breakfast and the following morning we were expecting to find a buffet for breakfast and on the contrary there was almost nothing to eat. Just 1 cappuccino and 1 croissant with some juice, not even some jam and butter or some cereals, really nothing. The tables were not even prepared. That was shocking and very disappointing. Is that the breakfast of a 4 star hotel? Is it because they were closing that the services a 4 star hotel should provide suddenly disappear?
I am the manager of a 3 star hotel and found that really unbelievable.
If you are going to book this hotel make sure you have full detailed information before you go ahead with your booking.
We will never come back here anyway.
