Owner description: Aqualandia is a Caribbean island in the heart of Jesolo. It has been recognised as the best water theme park in Italy on 10 separate occasions. Come to our park and experience a new world! 80,000 square metres of entertainment, adrenalin, sports and relaxation. What makes us truly unique? Shark Bay, the only Caribbean beach inside a water theme park, 8 themed areas, 26 attractions of which many are aquatic, including the Spacemaker, the first slide to feature virtual reality, but also the tallest bungee-jumping tower in Europe, professional shows and entertainment activities… and it’s located in Lido di Jesolo, only a stone’s throw away from Venice! Since 1989, Aqualandia offers the unique combination of relaxation, happiness, extreme sports and attractions for every age. Younger children can have fun in Funny Land while the rest of the family relaxes on the white sandy beaches and the daredevils try out the thrilling rides. For those who cannot go without sports, Aqualandia offers 2 beach volley courts and a highly-equipped gym. All this is located in Lido di Jesolo, only a stone’s throw away from Venice!

This is an excellent water park. Quite complicated locker system but the staff are great and helped us out. Queues are quite long but if, like us just like the wave pool and the normal swimming pool, it isn't too much of a problem. This is a park that is similar to the design of the Orlando water parks only smaller. Reflected in the price of about £100 for a family of four. I would definitely recommend this place.

We were there on a Monday and even on that day it was too crowded.
Slides are great but you need to wait 40 to 70 minutes to slide down.
Do not miss the mini town if you go with small kids.
Plan spend a full day there otherwise it is too expensive as you can try 1, or max 2 slides.

Dear guest, thanks for your review.
We are aware that during the high season the turnover is high, we put much attention of this, but we also know that it is a shared and inevitable phenomenon in every national and international park.
However, we are proud to inform you that Aqualandia, to improve and fill the needs of its guests, is working on the design of a series of attractions in order to help lighten up the queues and to reconfirm our world excellence.
You will be pleased to know that if you want to enjoy the park we suggest you to come and visit us in May, June and September.

We had looked forward to a visit to Aqualandia but got terribly disappointed. In eight hours we did not get to ride all the watercourses because of long queues. Worst was the queue of Scary Falls that lasted for two !!! hours and when we finally arrived just before closing time, the staff had closed the VR-cabinet so we did not go on the ride with VR glasses. It was similar with Captain Space maker. The queue there took 90 minutes even though the sign indicated that it would take 45 minutes. The park has serious organizational problems and does not provide a good experience when you have to stand in queue for so long.
The other serious problem with the park is the customer treatment. When we went back to the cabinets, we could not open our cabinet. When we asked for help we were then told that it was not our cabinet and that it was not registered on us. The staff refuses to open the cabinet. After several long discussions for about 20 minutes, it turns out that our things are in the staff room and had been taken care of. Why did we not get the help right away? Why are the staff arguing against us telling us that we don´t have a locker instead of helping us? This is all very remarkable when our things are right in front of the staff all the time, including a tag with the number of our locker.
As a final word before leaving we were told that everything was our fault.
Finally, we want to warn others visiting the park for the ride "Djungle Jump". There where several people were hurt and two people injured themselves going on this ride. One was a young Italian girl who landed on her head. The eye turned red and swollen. She was dizzy and needed to see a doctor. It created some alarm but the park staff did not want to help. Another was a young teenager who landed on his head and had a bump, severe headache and nausea. He interrupted all the rides and rested for the rest of the day. Many others hurt themselves when landing in the water. Obviously, the park wants to push the experiences too far to endanger the health of the customers. Basically, the idea for the park is good, it has a nice atmosphere and several intersting rides but it seriously need to solve the queueing problem, the customer treatment and the hazardness of certain rides.

Regarding the lockers, the staff haven’t to open them to everyone who say that it is his locker. Otherwhise, have lockers is completely useless. So, in that situation the staff supervised your locker and done its job. Other situations are certainly misunderstandings.
At last, but not least: our slides aren’t dangerous. We guarantee you that we give much importance to customers safety inside the Park, the fun in total security is our priority and Aqualandia not gives up on this.
For this reason some attractions need obligatory presence of our staff and guest’s ID card, in order to confirm the majority. So the safety of the most difficult attractions improve, not only structurally but also with security regulation. We are so serious about this.

Multiple nice swimming pools all in a theme and well maintained. I would give it 4 stars. But thr facilities are not adequat for the number of people visiting this waterpark. Entering the park roughly after 11am means not a single sunbed or nice shadow place is available. Remaining are places far away from the water of filthy corners. I tried to reach out to staff to explain this is not value for money, a single tickets costs 32 euro. Reaction of the staff was this is my problem and they did not see any issue in the lack of any free place. I should have arrived earlier. Manegement was also not willing to respond. A horrible customer service. So from 4 stars they lost 2 stars because of lack of any free sunbed or shadow place and because of a bad service attitude.
