Our room was tidy, clean, and had all the amenities. We enjoyed our meals (that we cooked in the kitchen) at the balcony with the breathtaking view of the beach. The location is really good (we didn't have a car), super markets and the bus station are close.

Lovely little hotel, especially slightly out of season as it was when we visited so that there was no issue about securing a sun bed round the smallish pool without having to pay a supplement.. Its location is superb. Rooms a good size with plenty of storage. We had a bit of an eventful and longer than expected stay here. After having our flight home cancelled at the last minute, Gabriel, the customer services manager, was so helpful in securing us an apartment for the rest of our unplanned stay. The apartment was even better than the room, giving us a superb view of the Cala Millor promenade
As we were meant to be home in Scotland, several issues arose which required urgent documents being downloaded, signed by me then scanned and returned. All this was done for me at a minimal charge.
I also stupidly locked my suitcase keys INSIDE the suitcase and this problem was also solved quickly by the reception and maintenance staff.
There was an medical emergency at the hotel in the last few days of our stay and I was impressed on how this was managed. Special compliment to Jesu in the bar who looked so shocked (as were we all) but still carried on with his duties. I do hope the gentleman has now recovered enough to go home.
Compliments to the friendly, efficient waiting staff. The young girls in particular were so lovely.
The food was great with the slight exception of the soups. We loved the bean soup and the mushroom soup but others seemed to be made just with stock and dried vegetables and were very watery - but we loved everything else on offer!
The cleaners were friendly, unobtrusive and, most importantly, excellent cleaners, both in the main hotel where we began our stay and also in the apartments. Shame the lift was out of order- it did make things a bit difficult for my husband, but these things happen..
We have returned to hotels for a second visit on very few occasions despite the fact that we go on holiday 4 or 5 times a year, but we will definitely be back to Hotel Bikini. Yes, it is about 95% German clients and the staff's English isn't up to the high standard you get in more British orientated hotels, but then, my Spanish is pretty basic too, but even with all the issues highlighted above, we all managed to communicate!
Congratulations on having such a lovely and well run hotel.

Just spent a week in the hotel. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly. Room overlooked the sea, it was clean and tidy. Very well located, right near the beach, lots of shops and pubs in the nearby area. Easy walk into Cala bona. We were all inclusive and found the food to be , in our opinion, quite poor but maybe that was because it was the last week of the season. Restaurant staff very helpful but some language issues as there weren't many Brits. The staff spoke mostly German and French. But it wasn't a problem for us. Overall the hotel is clean and tidy and well maintained.

Hotel may need some updating in some areas but it didn't effect our stay. Manager introduced himself when we arrived, receptionist on arrival was so welcoming too even though it was 11pm. Stayed B & B which was brilliant spoilt for choice at the buffet breakfast. Hotel is in a fabulous location so close to the beach. Walk along the promenade is lovely Cala Millor well worth a visit. Easy walk into Sa Coma, Sillot and Cala Bon.
