We thought we were going for a 25 euro menu, but it turns out the menu del dia was only 9.50 (result!)
We had courgette soup and vegetable tortilla to start, both very obviously homemade. Followed by monkfish skewers and minute steak with great homemade chips. Finishing with strawberries and cream and the ubiquitous "pudding". Really couldn't fault the food at all.....clearly cooked by good chef.
My only criticism was that the service was too fast! (I know an odd complaint)
We will go again and try the restaurant itself - they do an 11 course tasting menu!!
