From the moment we stepped in the service was out this world, the room was very clean never saw a bed as bog, food was lovley and entertainment was great can't wait to return deffo recommend it didn't have to walk far as everything was on the door step

Stayed 7 nights half board. Had a deluxe room which was modern and plenty of space for 3 of us. Others have mentioned lack of drawer space but it wasn't too much of a problem keeping some clothing in the cases. Bathroom had a lovely rainfall shower and again was spacious and modern. Safe in room is 3e a day with a refundable 10e deposit. We had our own whirlpool bath and sunloungers outside the room which we used more than expected and were a great added bonus. Our 16 year old especially thought the whirlpool bath was great and made his stay. We found the food excellent with plenty of variety and different themed nights and we always found something nice to eat. All Staff were very friendly and helpful. We celebrated a birthday whilst away and were delighted to receive a bottle of Cava on ice and cake and strawberries in the room which is a lovely touch by the hotel. Excellent location for shops, bars beach etc. Although our room overlooked the Main Street we were never bothered by noise and especially at night time we were not disturbed at all. Took the shuttle bus to the dunes and spent a lovely few hours there. Loungers and brolly only 3e each. We got a taxi back (7e) as the shuttle bus only returns later in the afternoon. Local bus also goes to the dunes. We recommend Rock Cafe on the Main Street for live music on an evening and a cocktail or two. Checkout is 12.00 pm but we were able to book a time to use a courtesy room for later in the day to shower and change. We didn't see any of hotel evening entertainment as we preferred to go out after dinner and sample the local area. Overall had a lovely stay and would certainly return here.

We appreciate your wonderful description of the room we accommodated you in during your stay, it is our goal to provide our guests with spotless, attractive and spacious rooms and we are really happy to know you liked your deluxe room with hot tub so much.

We also thank you for choosing to spend such an important event with us as a Birthday as our goal is to make our home feel like yours and we are pleased to read you enjoyed the surprise.

We are happy to hear you enjoyed our central location and that you used our free bus service to the national park. This is a great service we have as it shows our guests the best beaches of Corralejo for free.

Last but not least, we are happy that you took advantage of the possibility to use our courtesy room for our guests having late flights back home. We offer this option so that our guests can take full advantage of our hotel's facilities and freshen up before departing for the airport.

Just returned from our 5th Visit.. We stayed in a deluxe room with hot tub again and it was perfect. All the staff are so helpful and friendly.. Patricia,Maria,Frederick and Tristan on reception are incredible. My only criticism on this visit was the cleaning standards have dropped. This hasn't put us off this hotel and we'll be back soon . Thanks for a fantastic holiday ❤

Very convenient near the shops and beach. Clean and calm resort with nice staff. We traveled with a two-year-old and she loved the kids pool and special activities. Food was good, had all the basics plus every day special theme. No complaints at all!

Me and my girlfriend stayed here not long ago for a week with the all inclusive package. First impressions were good and we were very impressed with our room, the best part of the hotel.

Our first dinner that night was a bit fustrating, we asked for a beer and we were refused it even though we were AI. Then we had about 4 people around us that couldn’t speak English conversing about the situation, in the end we asked reception and they apologised. Every dinner after this however was fine and we had alcohol with our meals.

Pool was great, a little bit cold but to no fault of there’s. The one main fustrating part of the pool was the young guy lifeguard, he played the same 10 songs for 5 days straight, we wanted to say something but it felt rude, we overheard others taking about this too. We were then saved by the old lifeguard though playing some old school songs but by that time we were going home. The pool was slightly crowded with quite a few kids, even though there was a separate kids pool away from the main pool.

Another thing we didn’t really like was we had to checkout at 12am on the last day and our All Inclusive bands were taken off us and we felt like they just wanted us gone. Our transfer was at 5:15pm so we couldn’t have any drinks or food before we left, nor did we have the option to have a shower room to use the pool. I just feel you could improve the customers experience but allowing all inclusive customers drinks and a lunch. Because after all we only get 6 days of all inclusive when we pay for 7 nights.

Unfortunately wouldn’t return but respect the cleanliness or the pool and the rooms.

We are more than happy to hear that you room was comfortable and enjoyable for you and that you found it the best part of our Hotel as this is one of our main priorities.

We have shared your comments on your first night at dinner with our Maitre to prevent these kind of situations to reoccur in the future and sincerely apologize for failing to meet your expectations on this occasion. However we are pleased to read that with the majority of our team members and with our reception you had positive interactions and felt well looked after at all times, which is our ultimate goal.

Thank you for your remarks on the music by our Pool. We will not fail to share your comments with our head of entertainment to improve our services. At Barceló we believe that music by the pool forms part of the real holiday feeling but also understand that not all guests enjoy it therefore we always ensure that an area of the hotel remains noise free for those guests who prefer to relax and read.

We understand reading your review that apparently you were not properly informed about your All Inclusive type of meal plan finishing at 12:00 upon reservation. We regret your disappointment but we would like to take the opportunity to explain that by offering our A.I. in an à la carte menu, we have a service standard to guarantee towards our guests, so they can enjoy it to the fullest. Due to the high occupancy of our hotel and the limited capacity of our restaurant we are not able to guarantee this standard extending the A.I. for all our guests. Nevertheless we will not fail to share your comments with our management for information and further revision.

Last but not least, we appreciate you highlighting the cleanliness of our installations and rooms as we strive to give total confidence in this area, being fully aware that this is basic for a comfortable holiday experience in any hotel.

We have taken note of your various constructive comments and please rest assured that the information you have provided will be used accordingly to enhance our future guests' experiences among us and we hope you will visit us again in the future.
