Form the extremely pleasant and helpful receptionists to the cheerful and efficient restaurant staff, all staff are trained to cater for your every need. Rooms have a lovely view to the west and the sunset, and you a close to three nice beaches and nice swimming from the rocks. There is a well-stocked Spar shop in the basement. The two pools are nicely designed (one salt water and one fresh water). The former is heated to 22 celcius - tho' it may not feel like it! Be sure that you understand the air conditioning, as we had one rather steamy night as we hadn't got it sorted. But they sent up a nice bottle of Cava and some eats as a compensation. For quality/price ratio, its hard to beat. But book early as when they get full, the price may soar up to €800 per night!

A very nice hotel with all facilities needed to enjoy a holiday.
Breakfast is really nice and service is professional and friendly.
Located close to beach, restaurants, and as well physical activities bring to opportunity to choose your lifestyle during your stay.
Worth the cost.

My wife and I have just returned from a fantastically relaxing and enjoyable at the Radisson Blu Resort on Gran Canaria. From the moment we arrived and were picked up from the airport arranged by the hotel, to the return trip a week later, we had a great time and were well looked after. The hotel is situated in a small bay on the south coast of the island located between Arguinaguin and the Anfi Del Mar resort, with easy walking access to both. The check-in staff were very welcoming and informative and the glass of cava was a lovely touch. Our Deluxe room was on the 4th floor so we had a wonderful panoramic sea view, the hotel is a modern design and spotlessly clean, we also had a hot tub on our balcony which was a great feature and lovely to relax in after a days sightseeing! The breakfast experience is superb, the location, the staff welcoming and efficiency and then the quality and choice of foods available were a great start to each day. I had a birthday during our stay and it was a lovely surprise to return to a bottle of cava and a lovely chocolate cake, this was a great touch and much appreciated, thank you! That night we booked the 222SW Bar Grill located at the hotel, we had a great evening from our cocktails on arrival in the bar through a lovely meal and finished with liqueur coffees. The service and quality of food was excellent and not extortionately priced! Overall we had a wonderful week, it a great place for a relaxing week but with enough to do without lying by the pool all day. The overall quality of the staff, the hotel facilities, cleanliness and the breakfast experience are of the highest quality. We will certainly return one day and so can thoroughly recommend this hotel. It should not be confused with it's sister hotel the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa at Puerto Morgan which I cannot comment on as we did not visit.

I stayed on the hotel for 7 nights with my wife and two children (aged 5 and 2). Overall it was a pleasant stay. The buildings look brand new, and the staff makes sure to keep it clean and tidy.
The panoramic elevator is impressive. My son dubbed it 'the incredible elevator'.
WIFI was working flawlessly at all times.
We spent a lot of time in the pools with the kids. Good fun. It would have been nice with a water slide - but it seems that no hotel on Gran Canaria offers that.

Four things could have been better:
1) The buffet restaurant does not have a hand sanitizer.
2) The spoons etc. used for the buffet were lying on the food. This means that whatever the last guest had on his hands end up in the food I'm about to eat. This is especially a problem when there is no hand sanitizer. I am very surprised that a hotel of this standard has such a basic problem.
3) At one night in the restaurant a member of the kitchen staff was at an outside barbecue, taking orders from guests. At one point he blew his nose - and since there was no easy way for him to wash his hands, he didn't.
4) The quality of the food was average. Especially the meat was below my expectations.

We had tried to book in here but it was full but stayed at the Radisson resort in Puerto de Mogan. That was great but rather big so we came to look at this hotel with a view to future stays. The resort itself is not as picturesque as Puerto de Mogan and the traffic busier on the roads outside the hotel. We explained to the reception what we were there for and they were extremely helpful, directing us to the lift so we could explore. A nice feel to the hotel and much smaller than the one in Puerto de Mogan. Small but lovely gardens and a nice view over the sea. Everything looked much more relaxed at this hotel. We had coffee at the pool bar and staff there were friendly and helpful. We will try to book here next time - the hotel was a bit more what we like though our hotel was very good.
