We stayed here for two nights with our 1.5 year old. The hosts, Brad and Cheryl went out of their way to accommodate him, making a special breakfast and playing with him. We so appreciate that. The house is so sweet, the rooms are small but tastefully decorated. The view is out of this world, and the sunsets we saw were maybe some of the best I’ve ever seen. Highly recommend.

beautiful old character home with amazing location over looking the ocean. beds and bedding very comfortable. it was clean and welcoming with a great outside sitting area and deck.to use. close to best coffee/bake shop, hiking trails right off the door step, whale sightings, watch the daily cod catch being filleted right below at the old fishery dock. Hosts Brad and Cheryl were awesome and full of great stories and information that was very helpful. Breakfasts (costs $25/room extra) were great with lots of fruit and baking included with bacon and eggs. Nice living area that you had to your self most of the time. It is a short drive into town. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Brad and Cheryl!

Room tip: 1 queen bed main level close to bathroom. bit dark/small but ok, 2 queen bedrooms upstairs -shared bathroom, light & airy.

Like nowhere else I’ve stayed. Every morning I grabbed a cup of excellent coffee and wandered up the headland (100 m) away to see what the whales were doing . Then I pottered back for one of Brad’s superb breakfasts (don’t miss the French toast!). It’s very comfortable and beautifully decorated in a quirky way. Also we got brilliant advice on where to visit or eat, or who to contact for the various things you can do around Twillingate.

We only had time for a quick stop in Twilingate. It is definitely worth a longer stay. The location of the B&B is beautiful. It is very relaxing and there is lots to do in the area. The rooms were clean and small and the breakfast was very good. Lots of great tips and friendly banter from the welcoming hosts. Only downsides were that the rooms really are very small and the cost is relatively steep.

Pros: Great location and views, Brad friendly. Middling: Breakfast nothing special; music omnipresent, but can get peace outdoors. Cons: Cramped rooms (the two we had), some bathrooms are shared; ground floor bedroom has a noisy toilet downpipe by the bed. Felt like a shared airbnb (or like couch surfing) but we paid CAD250+ per room, which was the highest anywhere in NL, including hotels.
