We had the King Room (#6) it was great with a beautiful view over the ocean.
The guy who checked us in was hilarious and so helpful.
My hubby rates a room by the shower and me by the bed. Both were excellent but especially that shower ! WOW !!
We will be back.

I stayed here for business and found the rooms really small. There was no room service and the menu is in bar down stairs I found very limited. It’s an old building, so it has a strange old smell about it. And the pub down stairs is very noisy and can easily keep you awake at night if you’re a light sleeper. On the up side, it’s across the road from the beach, it’s clean and staff are friendly.

Good Afternoon David B,

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback regarding your recent experience staying at our hotel. We really appreciate this as it will enable us to make the necessary changes to improve our overall experience.

I am very sorry to hear that your room and experience with us was unsatisfactory.

Unfortunately, we do not offer room service at the current moment. We do make exceptions for guests sometimes upon request if they are wishing to eat their meal in their room. I apologise if you found our menus, not to your desire, we have just recently updated and added new items to our menu so I recommend to come down and try out our new items.

I will pass on your feedback to our management team so that we can review our hotel and see where we can make some modifications and improvements for future stays. I hope that you come back and stay with us again in the near future.

Kind regards,

Phoebe Smith

Stayed in the King suite No 6 up a flight of easy navigating stairs ( broken knee) the room was Clean and comfy and recently renovated. We arrived late afternoon and were hoping to watch a sunset from it private balcony over looking the Indian Ocean but all we got was to watch a storm come across. It was impressive but not the same. The room is well equipped and the bed and bedding super comfy. Restaurant s and bar down stairs across the road from the beach. The location was fabulous. Cons we had done alot of traveling and needed some sleep but the room was pretty noisy till about midnight. We had all the doors and windows shut but the music from the restaurant next door was extremely loud. .

Amazing views sitting out the front of the bar and watching the water. We didn’t stay but just went in for dinner and drinks. The food was nice and good drink selection.

Free trivia on Thursday night which was a bit of fun.

Hotel (around 12 rooms) in a very old art déco style. Rooms have very little space (at least the ones we had). No room at all for suitcases. Perfect for a short stay with no luggage. Not suitable for families. Rooms are not soundproof at all as this is an old building and floor is making a lot of noise. Very small bathroom.
But great Location (just a few steps from the Cottesloe Beach). Terrace outside the room. Restaurants near by. Very nice neighbourhood. Rooms were clean. Nice staff.
