The staircase also functions as a bookcase.
Add a glass of wine, and you're all set!
The library doubles as a dining area, with room for four.
The kitchen is large and fully equipped.
French doors lead to the deck and back yard. Help yourself to anything in the fridge.
The downstairs bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and small closet.
Two full baths, one with bathtub shower, the other with walk-in shower.

We loved our stay at this adorable bungalow! Irene has thoughtfully and generously stocked the house with everything you could need. There are even phone charging cables you can borrow. She is responsive to her guests requests but not intrusive. Really, I can't offer high enough praise for the owner and the home. Just stay here.

“A beautifully appointed and conveniently located house- we loved it.”

Everything we wanted to do was close by- Carytown, VMFA, the river and Shockoe Slip. Irene had the house clean and ready for an easy check in. The furnishings and art work make the home so inviting that we spent a lot of peaceful time right there. The kitchen has everything you need and it's about 10 minutes from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. We'll definitely visit again.

“Absolutely perfect!”

This is our second time staying at Irene's home. It will always be our first choice when returning to Richmond. Our son attends University of Richmond so we'll be back a few more times. We love how close it is to campus - easily walkable - the nearby shops and restaurants, etc. But mostly we just love this home. It is cozy, has great outdoor spaces, the most luxurious bedding and towels I've ever used, everything you can imagine in the kitchen.... I could go on and on. Irene has every amenity you could possibly need. Thank you so much for a great visit again. We'll be back!
