We would definitely return to this great home if we are ever in the area again! The three bedrooms/two baths were perfect for our family of 4. Both of the kids got their own room but could have shared if had one more person with us. All bedding & kitchenware were provided. We did not “need” anything that was not there! Irene’s home was the perfect site for our quick vacation before sending our son off to college. Richmond was a fantastic location! We were able to do a Segway tour, rent electric bikes (THE BEST!!), go whitewater rafting IN the city, visit Colonial Williamsburg, check out the science museum and go to Virginia Beach! What a great landing spot for making great memories! Thanks so much for opening your lovely home to us, Irene!

OMG this is a fantastic place to stay! Loved the house, the location and it's in a very quiet neighborhood. Grocery stores are 5 min away. All sites to see are within 15 min. The beds were comfortable and there were many things in the kitchen from spices to leftovers of drinks and such in the fridge. This house is very quaint and has a lot of character. We toured every day and didn't have much of a drive to any of the sites. Our favorites were Maymont, Belle Isle and Berkeley Plantation (where the first Thanksgiving was held). There is a Target and local grocery stores nearby and a Krispie Kreme, yum! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect in every way- location, comfort and amenities. We were there to hear the Steel Wheels play at the TinPan. Only 4 miles from our rental. Also went to the Virginia Fine Arts Museum to see the Terracotta Soldiers special exhibit, just 4 miles away as well. So much more, but have to add the bakery in walking distance!

We loved our stay at this adorable bungalow! Irene has thoughtfully and generously stocked the house with everything you could need. There are even phone charging cables you can borrow. She is responsive to her guests requests but not intrusive. Really, I can't offer high enough praise for the owner and the home. Just stay here.

Everything we wanted to do was close by- Carytown, VMFA, the river and Shockoe Slip. Irene had the house clean and ready for an easy check in. The furnishings and art work make the home so inviting that we spent a lot of peaceful time right there. The kitchen has everything you need and it's about 10 minutes from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. We'll definitely visit again.
