We've found it to be a very well done hotel, very friendly staff and maintenance that is on the ball. Our only complaint is the new WiFi system: difficulty signing in, randomly requires new sign in, and requires it daily unlike their old system where you could be signed in for a week or even a month at a time.

Overall, did not enjoy my stay at all. This property is nicer than another ESA property in the area. There is some comfort in the room. It was bigger than I thought it would be, based on size in sq. feet alone. Seemed like there was enough space for the chair and all. But, the rest of my pleasure of the room came from relocating the room somewhere else. At the same time, I do not like the fence outside around the hotel or the door locations so much. Created friction when I tried to get out to do things. And there is a small dimming of the hotel in the entry way. Breakfast totally sucks too! Not a TV fan, but I think it would need more channels for a longer stay. The kitchen is fine, but outdated. Keep the white and make it more modern when you have a chance. There is at least one ESA with the modern cabinets. Nice that there is no steal around the stove top. The red entry may be too dark along with some other things in the entry, the mat, too heavy. Picture on the walls in the room, totally offensive and unpleasant. Full refrigerator awesome! But, dish assistance troubling. Overall, did not live up to hopes or expectations. It is close to stores and such, but there are big roads that could be dangerous. And it gives too many excuse for people to drive by and be nosy.

This extended stay is quiet, close to my job, and the staff is very helpful. I don't have to ask for any additional service, the room is clean, the bed is cozy, and the wifi is just great for travel..

Great staff ! Mr Bernard Sawyer and team is the best .I have stayed here for more then 7 months and the quality has not changed . Clean at all times with no odors in room or lobby area . Location is great with stores and restaurant near by.

Bernard Assistant General Manager has demonstrated a wonderful service in terms of guest care expertise. The front desk manager is excellent with the service desk associates. The housekeepers are good.
