The staff at this red roof inn are friendly, courteous, and helpful; the rooms clean and beds comfortable, a great value.

When i checked it, there was a dead bug on the bathroom floor. I didn't pick it up for two days and neither did the maid. The bathroom had mold on the floor between the toilet and the wall, and i only pray it was clean supply water being leaked. The ice machine was broken all weekend and probably longer judging by the response i got from the help. I asked to be moved immediatly after seeing the room, but the manager insisted he can't because i had used the "facilities" as soon as i got in the room after 4 hour drive. Find a better hotel.

This is an older Red Roof, so the bathroom is extremely small, which isn't a real dealbreaker unless you're claustrophopic. The walls are also pretty thin, but still bearable. What caused me to move to another hotel after only one night was the bed. It was too soft and the pillows were like large boulders, so what little sleep I was able to get left me with a very sore neck. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. I have stayed at several Red Roof Inns and found them to be satisfactory, but I wouldn't stay at this one again.

I really lieto stay at this hotel when I am in the Tidewater Area on business. I can park right in front of the room for easy in and out. The set up in the King Rooms give me plenty of room to work. They have free Wi Fi and Long Distance Calls. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. The king rooms have a micro-wave and refrigerator.

The staff is very very friendly and will get you anything you need within their power on a minutes notice. This hotel is conveniently located and close to restaurants and I-64 and I-264.

Great rates, great rooms and good people. I really like this hotel.

Room Tip: Call early and get a ground floor room

We spent there July 4th weekend. Place is OK. Very reasonable price. You get what you pay. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
