Ah this could have been better. The service and coffee were fine. Exactly as you would expect from Starbucks. My friend gave over her Starbucks card. The app shows that she did hand it over as the premises are registered and points added. The assistant did not return it and we didn't realise until we had moved from the counter. Or possibly it was picked up by someone else which we think is unlikely. When we asked the staff to look they were not very interested in finding it. We think the assistant probably binned it as the points were used up and then couldn't be bothered to check carefully. We think the staff could have tried harder to look for it. Other than everything was ok. Just a bit disappointing that they had a disinterested attitude when there was a problem.
