Another local chain we hadn't been to in several years. The food was good, not exceptional, but filling and had a good bbq flavor. We had to wait for our server after being seated...wasn't sure if he knew we were there. Then he rushed us through ordering and I had to ask for refills on drinks every time. He seemed to have plenty of time for one of his other tables where he stood and chatted for a length of time.

5 members of our family ages 6 to 72 were all very happy with our meals. The crispy chicken salad was my favorite

We should have known better from the start. When we were seated a very pleasant waiter greeted us and took our drink orders. When he started to take our meal orders he was apologetic about some issues with the brunch menu. First he told us that there was no cornbread available, then he told us there was no sausage available either - in a BBQ place shortly after opening? Very poor management planning. He then warned us if we wanted waffles it would take some time if we would like waffles because they only had one waffle iron. That turned out to be an understatement, we never did get our waffles. The food that we did get was tasty when it arrved after a considerable wait. The people that were ordering from the regular menu, not the “brunch” menu, were getting their meals in regular order. Management attention is needed, if you are going to do it, do it right

The layout of this outlet is conducive to a bar business, casual dining and sport’s watching. The food is very good. My wife enjoyed a Hamburger and I had the ribs.
Both excellent...
Our server Troy was an efficient professional and he cared about us.

We were celebrating my birthday
And had a coupon on my phone for a free dessert. We did not want one of the excellent standard dessert offerings. He accommodated our wish for an off the menu dessert.
What is equally important to a senior reviewer...
We could see that he kept a watchful eye on all tables to see that they were properly taken care of in a timely fashion.
Not only will we return but we have recommended to our friends who drive north at Seasons end that they stay at the nearby Country Inn and Suites and walk perhaps 200 feet for an enjoyable dinner here.

We were staying at the Country Inn next door so the bar and bar food looked inviting. Our wings were cooked just right, drinks were reasonably priced and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall, I would go back, but would look for other places to dine. This a bar type atmosphere and is fine.
