I have been to enough "volcano shows" and quite frankly don;t much care for them...I consider them a sort of an adult "Chuck-E-Cheeze" for the panic-stricken "What to do to celebrate?" crowd...but the sushi here is OUTSTANDING. LOTS of fresh stuff, great chef specials, good quantity. A little pricey...I always order sushi when the rest of the family is getting hibachi stuff, so my bill is about 3x the average plate. It's worth it, though.
Staff is good, chefs competent/talented (I have to admit).
Not bad in a pinch for a birthday group/mother-in-law visit. Wish it were cheaper for sushi, but the quality would suffer.
