Such a great time of the year to be in Chelan. Our stay at the lakeside lodge was again a 5-star. As usual, the service was great, the rooms were upgraded again, and the views are the best in Chelan. Lakeside is a year-round must-stay. Give Henry a call and he will get you squared away for your next trip to Chelan.
We spent a Sunday night here for a wedding at a nearby winery. It's a bit expensive for what you get, but that goes with Chelan as a whole, and it is a waterfront hotel. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The shower was good with nice towels. The view was excellent. Breakfast was just OK, with waffles, cheese omelette, sausage, cereals and breads. The pool and hot tub looked inviting, but we didn't have time to enjoy it. I glanced in at the gym for weight lifting prospects and it would have been just OK.
Mostly great. We had a poolside patio room with 2 queen beds. Size was just fine for our party of 3. Bathroom was small, but it's an older property so that was expected. The room was slightly dated. The microwave was very old and very small. But it worked for our little mac and cheese cup. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, the grounds were kept up. Beautiful flowers everywhere. Easy walk to laundry, breakfast room, indoor pool, and lake. We were given a parking pass and were able to park steps from our room every night. We had two chairs and small table that overlooked the pool which was very convenient. The indoor pool area needed cleaning. The floor was dirty and sandy. But, it's possible that had occured that day and it's no fault of the hotel's. Staff were very friendly and helplful. The front desk girl helped me more than once and even gave me a tide pod because I forgot mine. The coin operated laundry was in good working order. It was 1.50 each for wash and dry. We had a great stay and would stay here again.
Spent 2 nights here and overall it was an enjoyable experience in a very clean 2 room suite overlooking the outdoor swimming pool and lake. Sofa was uncomfortable. Bath room is very small and the toilet seat is almost level with the floor. The breakfast buffet was adequate and included a few hot dishes. The "hot" water thermos had been used for coffee previously thus my lukewarm tea tasted like coffee. The breakfast room staff seemed to spend most of their time people watching and weren't as friendly as the rest of staff here. We could hear noise from the room above and the one next to us. Would we stay here again if we returned to Chelan probably not if it was for more than one night.
Business and family once again, lucky to come to Chelan with fam/ for work conference!
April- There is work happening right outside - also last year lol -can’t be helped, prepping structures for summer etc.
It is loud- but the staff went above and beyond trying to help with WiFi sign ins, getting a more quiet room, for little ones to nap etc.
Hate to ask for something different, and so kindly met with total helpfulness and understanding. We really appreciate it!
This place pretty much perfect with what you’re going for here…lake views, playground, lovely trees, breakfast options, suite rooms, pool and hot tub etc.
