They buy bags of flour, spices, salt, raw meat, chicken etc and turn it into Food. Real food like people used to make for their own families. They do not go to Costco to buy bread meat to assemble and call it a sandwich. They start by baking the bread and cooking the meat. Great salads, pies, soups all made on site. 7am to 4pm mon-fri. Not fancy, but clean and friendly. Don't let a dozen people in line scare you off. It moves fast and there is a ton of room inside. GREAT chichen salad sand, $8 and big enough for two. Losts of choices and daily specials like quiche . My new favorite.
