What a wonderful stay. It can be hard to find somewhere that welcomes dogs, and we found the best place! Our own little courtyard where the dogs could wander around, a thoughtfully appointed room, and the best cooked breakfasts I've ever tasted! The gardens are absolutely beautiful with chairs scattered for your seating pleasure. Walking distance to town. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We've stayed here twice. Not really a "cottage" but multiple cottages plus some nice rooms in the main house. We stayed in the Catalina Cottage once before, and this time in the adjoining Sunrise Cottage, both nice and large with distant water views. Even though these two "cottages" share a single building and an adjoining wall, noise was never an issue. Very quiet and private. Jacki and Tom are gracious hosts and breakfast was terrific. Only drawback, if you can call it that, is that it's 4-5 blocks up the hill from the main part of Langley -- could be an issue for some. But it's an easy walk and you can drive if it's raining and you don't feel too guilty. We'll be back.

Easy and pleasant drive from Coupeville and the ferry. The property is large with gardens growing and lots of greenery. We stayed in the Catalina room. The bed and pillows were cozy and clean. Jackie and Tom are gracious and friendly hosts. The table was set beautifully each morning along with a tasty breakfast. Beautiful views of the water from this room. I would've given five stars but we weren't asked things like how we like our eggs cooked, preferences, etc. It's a huge job to own a B&B. We would stay here again.

We spent two nights in a charming little cottage with a Catalina Island theme/décor. The hostess, Jacki was very welcoming and accommodating and even made a reservation for dinner at a local restaurant for us along with our booking. We had twin beds which we found to be very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious with accommodation made for food allergies. Fabulous gluten free coffee cake bread pudding this morning! The cutlery and crockery are all old and fascinating. The décor is old world and there is some lovely trompe-d'oeil in the dining room where Jacki did a great and charming job of setting the Valentine theme. I understand that "hot tubs/Jacuzzis" are available in some of the five quaint cottages.
The place is within easy walking distance of town (Langley) where a multitude of interesting shops and restaurants can be found. Reservations recommended. A lot of the restaurants will do take out dinner if they are full.... or even if they are not.
There was ample information in the room about things to do and see on Whidbey Island. This was a very enjoyable visit and stay at a super B&B.
We discovered the Double Bluff Brewing company that is a new addition tucked away behind the Clyde Cinema. There we tried their flight of six different beers. Good stuff! They even let us bring our take out food from one of the restaurants.
We took the Mukilteo ferry to get to the island and left by the Port Townsend ferry. Be warned that the latter requires reservations at least two hours ahead of departure time although this morning we had no reservations and managed to get on without a problem..
Four fat hens stroll the extensive and very well maintained gardens of the Country Cottage but don't stroke a bunny. They are very cute but wild and they bite!

Discovered this little haven on our way back from
Seattle. Stayed in the blue Captain's Cove for the masculine nautical theme. Jacuzzi tub with wood burning fireplace and delicious breakfast to finish our stay! Thank You Jacki for a welcoming stay!
