We stayed for two nights in the large yellow cottage with the jacuzzi tub. The lodging was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. My wife thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi tub. The breakfasts were very tasty. We had dinner one night at Prima Bistro, one night at Portico and pizza one evening at Village Pizza (Joe's Pizza closed at 8 PM the night we decided to have pizza!). All of the restaurants we tried were excellent! Be advised that most Langley stores close by 6 PM and most (all?) Langley restaurants are closed by 9 PM. Tom and Jacki are excellent hosts. Look for the wild bunnies on the property. They're all over the island, even in downtown Langley.

Room Tip: We recommend the cottage with the jacuzzi in the room!

Spent a lovely night here and thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, hospitality and delicious breakfast. The room was spacious and comfy. They even accommodated our little dog. We will definitely return next trip to Whidbey.

Made a res Dec 31 for Feb 23 for 3 nights Fri/Sat/Sun got a confirm email right away n my card was charged for 1 night but email showed only Fri/Sat so i called n was told sorry an promised a corrected email confirm. 3 days later still no email but i get a call n was told "Oh sorry looks like i booked that cottage already n only thing left is a queen room or a tiny king cottage. We don't do a queen bed n the tiny king one looked like a shed with a king bed stuffed in it. So we had to scramble to find other lodging in a town 10 miles away because of special event in Langley. The inn keeper promised to talk to other inns she knew n try to help but never heard back. My 1 night was refunded n thats the last i heard. This was our first trip to Langley n will be our last. It was a Murder Mystery weekend n everything was rip off expensive even 10 miles away. And I am willing to bet a regular called asking for the cottage I was booked in, so us being newbies got the brush off. Can't prove it of course but .....

We only stayed 2 nights at the Country Cottage but I would definitely return again! Tom and Jacki are great hosts and made us feel so welcome. Breakfast was delicious, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location is perfect (just a quick walk to downtown).

Room Tip: Sunrise Cottage was quiet and had a nice view.

The Country Cottages are in such a pretty setting. This B&B is situated high on the hill overlooking Langley, with beautiful sea views, and also lending to a quiet environment. The 4 cottages surrounding the main house are scattered around the property, beautifully landscaped, with flowerbeds, benches, a hammock and Adirondak chairs, inviting rest. Our cottage was right in the center of the complex, and we loved it! While a small cottage, it was prettily decorated in an all white interior. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was great, with a fancy shower. We had a nice front porch with wrought iron cafe table and chairs. Our breakfasts were handmade and fancy! A pumpkin-cheesecake-souffle that was so good I can still taste it. An egg souffle and cinnamon roll, delicately cut fruits each day. We easily recommend this place.
