the stupid pillows had cockroaches it was just terrible people just yelling and like bruh the food taste really bad the bathrooms had ripped toilet paper and the mirror and drawers were broken and the shower was dirty the blanket was dirty one star review
A delightful hotel within walking distance of the glorious Leavenworth Shops. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen, with a wide range of foods for all ages and tastes. Accompanied by the famous Alphorn each morning. The rooms are comfortable and embrace the town's Bavarian theme. Lots of activities including hot tub/pool, indoor golf, movies, fitness rooms, board game table and more. Traveling with children or traveling alone, this is one of the best hotels in Leavenworth.
This hotel feels somewhat like you are going back in time. The staff wear German ethnic attire, the linens are changed out every day and the hotel has lots of amenities. To name a few: fluffy towels, a complimentary putt-putt golf course, piano concerts in the evening, robes in the rooms, excellent location, lots of seating areas within the hotel. There is even a little area where guests can warm up food in a microwave, which is nice if you have a doggie bag from a local restaurant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The workout room is pretty minimal and adding some weights to the equipment would be helpful. The rooms had refrigerators, which was much appreciated, but no safes. The pillows were hard and left something to be desired. We paid for an upgraded room with a balcony, but it turned out to overlook the parking lot. However, the star experience of the stay was the fabulous breakfasts each morning. The myriad choices were staggering....so many delicious items from which to choose. All in all, the Enzian was a great choice.
This is a great hotel to use as a base for visiting Leavenworth and the surrounds.
The room we had (Twin Queen) was spacious and clean and had good bedding.
We were on the ground floor and the only downside was the continuous noise from the people staying in the room above. We asked reception to help with this as we were being woken up throughout the night but there was an unwillingness to address this matter. So we had three nights of disturbed sleep.
The breakfast was very good and the staff there wonderful. Each morning was a delightful experience.
The pool was nice but there was not enough shade or umbrellas.
The car park always had space and was free to use so that was another bonus.
Overall the experience was good and we would recommend but small things like never being greeted as we entered or went by reception and the ability to deal with issues should be looked at.
Really impressive stay. We can't wait to visit again. Super friendly and helpful staff and lots to do right on the property. Indoor and outdoor pools, a sports court with basketball and racquet ball, a movie and game room with pool table and shuffleboard, a championship practice putting facility. Unbelievably complete and delicious breakfast buffet with attentive staff taking custom egg orders. Daily performance of an Alphorn in the morning. Interesting rooms - ours had a fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Definitely 5 stars!
