Oshima in the H Mart food court is one of my family's favorite places to eat. We're a family of 5 and simply would not be able to indulge our sushi cravings as often as we do if it weren't for the affordability of Oshima. The quality of the food is always excellent (we've eaten here regularly since June 2016 when we moved into the area, but have also previously eaten here in July 2015 and August 2014 and have never been disappointed with the food). For the same price (or sometimes less, depending on your order) as grocery store sushi, you can get restaurant quality sushi! You seriously can't beat that.
For an idea on costs, my family consists of me, my husband, a 6 year old, a 3 year old and a 4 month old. Obviously, the baby isn't eating the sushi yet, but I'm a breastfeeding mother and eat like a teenage boy. We usually spend about $40 on our meal and get: 3 specialty rolls, a california roll, a salmon roll, a tuna roll, a chicken teriyaki bento box, an extra miso soup, and an order of edamame. So that's 6 rolls, a whole bento box (which comes with chicken teriyaki, rice, miso soup, a salad, 2 goyza and half of a california roll), a bowl of soup, and edamame. For $40 (with tip).
