This place is conveniently located partway down the hill from the state capitol. It appeared to this first-timer that it used to be a bakery that expanded to offer other items, such as sandwiches and a seating area.
Service was spotty, their not paying attention to who was waiting, so beware of that, you may get cut off by a local! The lunch food was fresh, but adequate in quantity. Baked goods were comparable to other bakeries that I've been to: very good, not spectacular, and the offerings were generally similar.
