The food is great. We have tried many of the dishes here and haven't found anything we don't like. The owner Jessi always has a smile and provides friendly and personal service, We eat here 2 or more times a month.

If you are hungry for Chinese food this is a place I could recommend. The food was OK and there was plenty of it, very large portions. The décor is a little shabby and they do not sell alcohol.

Golden Horse is a family small restaurant in Prosser with excellent Chinese food! Sometimes it takes a while because there is only one person in the front and it doesn't seem like there are many in the back, but the food is always great quality and worth whatever small wait there may be.

My wife and I tried two of the lunch combinations and were not impressed. The bbq pork was inedible (old and dried up), and the almond chicken was fried and the sauce was weirdly sweet, not at all like almond chicken we've had at other chinese restaurants. However, we saw some locals ordering chicken and broccoli off the main dinner menu and it looked good. And the hot and sour soup was pretty good if you like it peppery.
