Description: P.F. Chang's is a restaurant concept that honors the 2,000-year-old Asian tradition of wok cooking and believes in making food from scratch every day in every restaurant. With a Farm to Wok food philosophy at its core, P.F. Chang's chefs hand-roll dim sum, hand chop and slice all vegetables and meats, handcraft every sauce and wok-cook each recipe, every day in every restaurant using fresh ingredients. With roots in Chinese cooking, the culinary landscape at P.F. Chang's now stretches across Asia with diverse, culturally inspired recipes including hand-rolled sushi, Vietnamese-style soups and bowls, traditional Chinese dim sum, wok-fired chicken and beef entrees, and family style noodles and rice. All made from scratch every day.

We met friends here before a movie and they had made some changes in the bar and dining area which made it feel much more open and inviting. We really liked it. Our waiter was great. We had several noodle dishes and fried rice...super good.

Glad we stopped!

I went with my Family and we enjoyed the Family Style Dining. We started with the lettuce wraps that are always delicious. Everyone enjoyed the Shrimp Lo Mein as well as the Honey Chicken.

We went here for lunch on a hot afternoon. We tried the patio seating and it was wonderful. Totally under cover, more like a room with walls that were mostly open windows. Large fan overhead and every time the doors open cool air blew out into the space. Very shady and amazingly comfortable even on a hot day.
The food was good. We started with the lettuce wraps. We never thought we'd use all the lettuce they brought out, but had no problem. It was a little disappointing that the crunchy noodles were mostly covered by the filling so go soggy quickly. We really liked the sweet / spicy sauce that came with.
I got the lobster avocado roll. I'm not much of a sushi eater and the taste was very good, but the pieces were cut into different sizes and some were large to eat in one piece.
My husband got the tempura bowl. The tempura coating was very light and the shrimp and vegetables were cooked perfectly. Lightly crispy.
It was not busy at the time we went. Service was very good and friendly. We were not rushed at all as we spent some time deciding between a lot of good choices.
We really enjoyed the food and the patio location. We will go back here again.

Always friendly, always willing to go that extra mile. One of us has dietary restrictions - vegetarian with a dairy allergy, there is always a nutritious meal available to us for an entree that doesn't require us to settle for just a salad, which is often the only solution at some establishments. Even with a new menu, it wasn't an issue for us to eat. This time around we had the Cauliflower Tempura with the hot sauce on the side as well as a sweet sauce, the Hokkien Street Noodles, and Buddha's Feast. All delicious and affordable. Two adults, $32.53 with tax. We only had water for our beverage.

Right across from the main shopping mall in downtown Spokane, this popular franchise restaurant manages to serve Asian fusion dishes from an extensive menu. The sushi rolls are delicious but huge. Take your time to linger over a fancy lunch.
