The house is a nice size and is equipped with what you will need. There were some weird screws and things in the walls where something apparently previously hung but was no longer there. A number of things didn't work - the front porch light was out, the gas fireplace would not go on, we had no internet access and the phone didn't work. I emailed the management company and they never responded. I rented with them before and they were good with responses before we arrived there so I was surprised. Also, the directions that they gave indicated that signs would be well marked from the main roadway showing where our development was. The road signs didn't, however. We had to stop and get a map of the mountain and then try to figure out what road to use to get there. We found it but it was frustrating because it was dark and snowing so it took a bit. They should have told us what road to turn off from the main road to get to the development. The house is nice but a bit isolated from the rest of the resort.

First time to stay outside the village area. Camp 4, Unit 21 is perfect for families. Enjoyed having the extra space as the rooms in the village are tiny. The unit was clean and very well stocked. Reservation specialists were great to deal with. The location may not be ski in/ski out depending on the amount of snow. We were aware of this at booking. Regardless, the extra space was worth it even with the Yew Pine trail not yet having snow. Kip sends fantastic emails with mountain tips and snow reports prior to arrival. Plan to stay in this location on our next trip!
