Our family of four just returned from an impromptu long-weekend at the Settlement Inn. This hotel had everything we needed, and lots of nice touches for a particularly comfortable and convenient stay:

-Clean, cozy, atmospheric room with comfortable queen beds and nice bed linens.
-Tons of storage, convenient kitchenette and large fridge, gas fire place, dvd player for movies with the kids for when they were wiped out after a day of outdoor activities
-Nice view of backyard of property and pool, which looked great but we didn't get around to using; bbq and table/chairs out back in case you feel like staying in an grilling
-Conveniently located to Fish Creek, Ephraim, Sister Bay, Egg Harbor, etc; everything we wanted to do was within around 20 min of hotel
-Everything from the continental breakfast to the friendly and helpful front desk staff to the chess set in the common area seemed carefully thought out with guests' comfort and convenience in mind.

We will for sure come back. Thank you!

This place has all you need for a nice relaxing time in Door County. We stayed as a part of a package that included the lodging, massages, dinner certificate ($100) and a trolley winery tour. It was a great value and a perfect way to spend a much needed mother/daughter weekend! Everything we did, as a part of this package, was awesome. The staff was super friendly. Our room was very comfortable with a kitchen and a gas fireplace! Continental breakfast was fresh and well stocked. I would definitely stay again, hopefully soon!

We first stayed here 15 years ago. It is well kept up, has an excellent spa and relaxing walking trail. It also has a very nice place to have breakfast (inside w/fireplace or outside patio)You will not be disappointed!

Slightly dated furnishings in the rooms, but a lovely setting. Comfortable. Attentive staff (but call if you need to arrive late...the desk isn't staffed 24 hours, as is common in Door County). Ask for a wood burning fireplace! (We had a gas fireplace, which was still a nice touch.)
