Oh what a memorable evening. Celebrating our 20th, we had visited the Blind Horse Winery earlier in the day and decided that dinner at the Restaurant would be as enjoyable as the wine tasting. Brittany, our very attentive server, greeted us with glasses of champagne upon our arrival. We had the highly proclaimed Pan Seared Scallops. Over the top and outstanding appetizer, highly recommend. The wife ordered the Lobster Ravioli and I had the Seared Salmon. Execution of both dishes was exquisite, beautifully plated, visually appealing and absolutely delicious. The suggested wine pairings for each dish was excellent. Wonderful service and very attentive wait staff. This was an excellent romantic evening of dining. Highly recommended. Thanks to everyone involved in making our evening so memorable.
