Long weekend with a hockey group. The entire front desk staff staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. They helped us navigate through a busy and chaotic weekend and even provided a meeting space for our families to gather. Could not have asked for a better weekend. The entire team was very grateful for the experience.
Housekeeping staff was great and provided extra towels as requested. Hotel had private pool times upon request, which our kids loved.

I am a Diamond member with Hilton so I know their hotels. I am staying here two nights. With Covid-19 things have certainly changed staying at hotels.

I do like they have special parking for Diamond members. Nice touch. I use the Digital Key for checking in so no need to stop at the front desk. I do like this feature. I do like the fact they e mail me when my room is ready.

They had bottles of water on a table near the front desk as you walk in. With Covid-19, you really do not see anyone at the front desk anymore.

The room—depressing—-can Hampton In come up with any colors other than brown and gold. Can they put any color in the room. It looks like a funeral parlor out of the 50’s.

The room has a older, too small TV. It does has a small micro wave and refrigerator.

Because of Covid-19, they do not clean the room while you are staying. They have one small waste basket in the room. It is not big enough and there is only one.

I had trouble using the internet the whole time I am here. I have three different computers with me. All had trouble getting on. First time at a Hilton.

They do email my invoice which is nice.

All in all, average stay at a average hotel. Nothing special anymore.

Covid-19 has affected all lives and businesses, which includes, but is not limited to renovations being postponed, daily housekeeping services limited to minimize contact, and breakfast offerings being scaled back. On a business trip and we were greeted quickly and with a smile when we arrived. Hotel has a modern interior and is very clean outside and in. Breakfast was very simple but in Covid times you learn to expect this.

The hotel was nice, sort of your typical Hampton inn. The check in process was easy, the room was a connecting room. We had a couch which was nice, the tv worked as well as the fridge. It was very convinent that walmart was directly across. Although the pool was nice, it was VERY humid in there.

Overall we enjoyed our one night stay here. We had a studio suite so had a little extra room. The hotel seemed to be following the appropriate Covid-19 precautions. We only have one complaint about this hotel - the air conditioning seems to be on a motion sensor. So what happens is that you fall asleep and it is nice and cool in the room, but several times during the night you need to get up and walk around or adjust the temperature as the A/C stops working. Does not make for a good nights sleep! The Covid-19 breakfast consisted of a number of to-go items in the buffet area. Not too many choices, but at least at this hotel (as opposed to some other more expensive Hilton family hotels) you can have your choice of what you want to eat rather than a to-go bag with pre-picked choices you may not even like.
