Hampton Inn is our go-to place to stay. We count on them to provide consistently good service and our stop in Evanston, WY didn't change our opinion. Samantha was our desk clerk upon arrival and greeted us with a pleasant smile and a pleasing personality. She was professional and efficient. I wish Hampton Inn would promote her to their corporate Ambassador position.

Our visit was only for one night but we were totally satisfied. Clean, comfortable and quite. The morning breakfast wasn't missing anything either.

If you pass through Evanston, WY give them a try. They're conveniently located just off the Evanston exit of I-80.

The hotel room itself was up to the standard I expect from Hampton, but the breakfast staff and breakfast food was not. They were slow to replenish low or missing food. We sat down to eat at 8am and ALL the fruit was gone. It wasn't restocked until after we were already done. I know breakfast is free, and shouldn't expect the world, but I just expected consistency, which we did not get here.

This is a beautiful property that has been well cared for. The staff is nice and the rooms are beautiful. Book here and you will not be disappointed. Hampton Inn always delivers a quality product. They also have Direct TV!!!!

Accomodations were very nice, very clean hotel. The only disappointment was the hot tub as it was not even warm, but cool. If they fixed the hot tub issue we would stay here every time we are driving through. Great breakfast and very friendly staff!

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. I apologize you experienced a chilly hot tub. We did some maintenance on our equipment which resulted in the hot tub falling below its usual temperature of 102F. Please give our hot tub a second dip. It’s nice and toasty for you. And we would love the opportunity to really show you we are the place to stay in Evanston.

Room was very clean and smelled fresh. The pool looked a little murky but I still swam in it. Friendly staff, decent breakfast. One of the best places in Evanston to stay. A little pricey for me but having a clean hotel room is worth it.
