“Comfortable & Quiet with Friendly Staff”
Reviewed 12 October 2011

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights this past September while on a 2-week photography trip to Wyoming. The two part room had a very small living room separated from a large bedroom with 2 queen beds. The physical layout allowed us to spread out our camera gear and luggage all over the place.

There is no restaurant on site but the staff showed us where several dining places were located within a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. There recommendations were very good.

Breakfast is provided by the hotel. However, their breakfast room is small and if the hotel is full, could present a challenge if everyone showed up at the same time. The breakfast choices are severely limited based on the one day we chose to eat breakfast there (the rest of the time we were on location shooting sunrises): Cold cereal, hard boiled eggs, breads, make your own waffles, coffee, tea and juices.

Having said that, the Lexington is a nice hotel overall and I would recommend it.

Stayed for 3 nights in September 2011. We had made the reservations 9 months in advance and received e-mail confirmation of the room we requested. Upon arrival and without explanation we were placed in a handicap room that backed up to a busy street that is adjacent to the rear of the building. We had tried to move our room but we were told the complex was full that night and a change was not possible..
The room was on the bottom floor, dark and designed for a handicapped person to get around. All throughout the night cars and heavy trucks passed by our room and kept us awake.
We approached the same supervisor the next day and complained that we were not getting the upgrades (suite) we had paid for in advance (no choice). He arranged a move the second day to a room that was much nicer and located in the front or courtyard area of the complex. We stayed in this room for two nights. The room was simply furnished but clean. It should be pointed out that they allow buses to park in the courtyard area. They start their engines early in the morning so you don't need an alarm clock to wake you up. The second night we were there some type of party was going on in the complex that kept us up for hours in the middle of the night that eventually caused the police to arrive and quiet things down. The next morning other patrons were complaining of the noise while we were eating breakfast. They always have coffee available in the lobby area and a morning breakfast. The food is plentiful and good. The location of the hotel is perfect in that it is located in the center of old town and adjacent to the street that goes directly to the Teton area. All kinds of restaurants are located within walking distance and a huge number of various businesses to stroll through day or night. If you are looking for an overpriced old motel type complex that has been updated then this is your place to stay. Don't let the picture of this hotel on the website fool you. It fooled us. There appeared to be much better choices in the area once we walked around and settled in. Would we stay at the Lexington Suites again? Absolutely not.

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the center of the complex that does not back up to a street. All the adjacent str...

Great sized rooms which look to have been recently refurbished. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. The breakfast buffet offered was good and had something for everyone. George who checked us in when we arrived, tired and cranky, was very helpful and extremely pleasant. I thought that the hotel represented excellent value for money.
A very nice touch was the freshly baked cookies, coffee and chilled flavoured water available in reception. Its the little things sometimes that make the difference.

Well kept hotel. Generous sized suite with wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows. Friendly staff. Excellent morning buffet included and held in a large room with many food choices and beverages. Hotel is well located about 4 blocks from "town square" where the 4 elk antler arches are situated. Vizio large flat screen in the bedroom, but the couch section of the suite had an older Zenith TV with poor speakers (or maybe it is just my ears going!). I would definitely stay here again; priced in the $200 range probably appropriate to the high end Jackson Hole clientele.

We love this hotel and the staff is alway very friendly and helpful. We visit Jackson annually and the Lexington is our first choice. The Lexington is by far the best hotel. It is located within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. The refreshments in the lobby are great and the breakfast is awesome. The rooms are clean.

Thank you for a great experience.

I've stayed in Jackson many times, but this was the first time at the Lexington. Really top notch from the decor and cleanliness to the overall service. Elizabeth at the front desk is great. It's also right in the heart of downtown. I'll stay there again. Very well done.

We stayed here on 9-20-11 and for a room that cost 250.00 a night i was hoping for a lot more than a over priced best western room. We had just stayed in Moab at a two room suet that was 325.00 a night and well worth it. But this room is a joke a 250.00 a night. heck we stayed Yellow stone three nights for less a night. And there breakfast is nothing special we where hoping for a good breakfast we end up going to Mcdonalds.
