Spent 5 nights here skiing with friends over the first week of March and we wish we could have stayed longer! Every facility and service was superb - from the tastefully decorated cabins to the hot tub, pool and sauna....the nicest breakfast buffet I've seen....delicious options in the bar after a day touring or skiing...friendly and knowledgeable staff...I'll stay here whenever I'm fortunate enough to return to Jackson!

Room Tip: The creekside cabins are quiet and have lovely views - but many of the other units sit right on the creek as well.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The staff is so warm and friendly and go above and beyond in every way. The room was clean and attractive. You can't beat the location, just blocks from town and the many restaurant choices. We stayed a week and did not miss having a car at all. The airport shuttle was wonderful. After a long day of traveler, it was so nice to be greeted right away and not have to figure out what to do. The shuttle to the slopes was also great. Our skis were out and ready for us each morning. The breakfast was attractively presented and the food fresh and hot. We loved the cozy bar in the main building. Don't miss the chocolate martini!

Room Tip: We loved our room overlooking the creek.

Our first trip to Jackson WY and it was an awesome one. Rustic Inn has the feel of a rustic style cabin but with the amenities of a nice hotel. Affordable prices and super friendly staff. The best part of this location is the Nature Preserve in the back. Flat Creek winds behind the resort and we were visited by deer, geese, and even an otter. Our kids had so much fun climbing the snow covered mountain behind our cabin on the creek. The sauna and jacuzzi are perfect for resting weary bones too.

Jackson Hole mountain is a short bus ride away and free from the Inn. The slopes and panoramic view are outstanding! Skiers and boarders will love this location. Even if your just sightseeing it’s well worth the trip up the mountain on the aerial tram. Best hot chocolate and waffles I’ve ever had on top!!!

We will definitely be back to this resort. If you book it, definitely get a cabin in the back on the creek for the best views!

Stayed a king creek side cabin and the views were amazing. Saw several wildlife while sitting on the porch. Staff was wonderful, room was cleaned and stocked everyday (without us even knowing when they came!). Food is awesome, recommend the fried chicken and bison chili. Close enough to walk to downtown (5 minute walk) even in the snow. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Jackson.

I knew I was going to love this place when the hotel shuttle driver was waiting for us at the airport. Stayed 6 nights in a queen creekside room. Spacious accommodations with everything and more you would expect in a hotel room including: keurig coffee maker which was stocked every day, fridge, microwave, plenty of towels and molten brown toiletries. Our room had a fireplace which was cosy on a cool night. Lovely view of the creek - of which was nice to have - but I don't think needed in the winter. Summer definitely worth the upgrade. Maid service was spectacular, room could not have been kept more spotless. The bartenders were all top notch, especially the young man that I believe just started working there. Breakfast had plenty of variety to satisfy a multi day stay. If staying in winter, please be careful as the walkways get very icy and slick. I don't know if I would have felt safe staying in one of the further away accommodations if 20 yrs older. We would definitely stay here again should we find ourselves in Jackson Hole in the future.
