Todd is a good host, as well as dog Daisy. It was quiet, peaceful & clean. This was our 2nd time here & I would definitely stay here again

“Super chill and relaxing”
Reviewed June 8, 2021 for a stay in June 2021

We stayed at the Killino Coffee Farm and couldn't be happier. The driveway is a bit tricky to find, but once you get there you are in another world. The lanai is the perfect place to hang out and drink some of Killino's excellent coffee. (We bought two pounds to take home!) You will also have a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and some fresh fruit and the largest avocados you've ever seen in the kitchen. Our hosts were present and reachable but not intrusive in any way. The birds, butterflies and flora on the property were delightful! If you don't like the sound of frogs, you might need earplugs until you get used to them. I personally found them soothing and fell right to sleep. I thought my bed would be too soft, but slept like a baby. :-) There is a full kitchen with all of the tools you should need as well as a BBQ. There's also a cool outdoor shower if you want to bathe al fresco. If you go, say hi to Daisy - she is a sweet little pup!

I stayed at this awesome little upstairs apartment & can't believe I forgot to leave a review! I loved how secluded this farm was. Todd is a great host. We got farm fresh coffee & some fruits they shared with us. My favorite place I've stayed on island so far. <3

“Great place to stay”
Reviewed July 6, 2019 for a stay in July 2019

Our family of four enjoyed our visit to the Big Island, but Kim and Todd (and Daisy and Louie, the dogs) made our stay special. It is so true that the apartment has everything you need at your fingertips. We cooked breakfast and dinner, and had all the utensils and pans we could want.

Highly recommend staying at Killino Farm for your consideration. From the fresh fruit, coffee beans, and flowers delivered upon arrival to the daily welcomed visits from Daisy and Louie, you feel right at home. This was our second year staying here. Very good value for the money.

“Unbelievable Experience”
Reviewed May 24, 2019 for a stay in May 2019

Owners are fantastic, very accommodating and have everything you need in the apartment. My wife and I stayed here for a week and loved every minute. We cooked breakfast most mornings and drank coffee provided from the farm. This is the smoothest coffee we've ever tasted. They had everything we needed to take to the beach each day. We had fresh papaya and avocados every day also provided by our hosts. We highly recommend Killino Farm and will be going back in the future.

“Beautiful location and amazing hosts!”

Todd was really great and made us feel at home from the minute we arrived. Finding the place was very easy per his directions. The driveway while a little rough was easy peasy and just takes some patience. I've seen other reviews mention it but we learned it's been paved at the old rough spot and also important to mention that this is a working farm so it's to be expected that the road has a little character. When we arrived we were warmly great by Todd and his two dogs. The fresh fruit bowl was also a great welcome! Included with the place was free snorkeling and beach gear which we threw in the back of our car and got to use quite a bit. Two step is a must for snorkeling and is super close by. The sunsets at this place are also to die for! Last but not least the tour was super informative and really cool. Glad to been able to see how a small Kona coffee farm operates and meet those who keep it running. I would absolutely stay here again!
