We were invited there for the Larry Rivera show and it didn't disappoint. The portion are large (we split a salad and pasta carbonara, both were excellent), The other couple had the pork and chicken and those were also very good. Love this place.

When you dine at Cafe Portofino it is like eating in Italy. The food is perfectly prepared and the service is first rate. Combine this with the view and the Harp music and you have a perfect dinner.

This is a great restaurant located on the beach. We ate on the covered terrace which was lovely. The service was very good. For starters we had the sautéed calamari which was very tasty and the mushrooms were delicious. The seafood linguine was good with plenty of seafood. It was a special for the night at $36. We thought that was a little expensive for what it was. We noticed that other diners were offered Parmesan cheese but he missed us. Same with cracked pepper he missed that too. Never mind. The Pollo Porcini was a good size not huge which suited me. It came with carrots beans and baked potatoes. We skipped dessert. Wine is very expensive so we stuck with water. We were walkins at 6pm. I think you probably need a reservation if you eat later. Overall a nice experience.

Thank astra

I tried - really. However the escargot was COLD. Service was ok, but not exciting. Another table had to wait over five minutes for the other half of dinners to arrive...wait or eat? Not good. Bus staff great - kept the water filled and was nice. Also tell waiters NO perfume, it really messes with the senses. Also, Shrimp & Mushroom Linguini = 5 shrimp and less than 2 full mushrooms. No desert but a glass of wine = $58 for meal for one including tax and tip. Nope won't be back except to listen to the harp player..which was beautiful by the way!

This place was close by our room so we tried it. We had the Alfredo with chicken which was very yummy. Also service was excellent. Our waitress was difficult for us to understand but extremely friendly and hospitable. Would recommend eating there if your hungry for good authentic Italian food.
