We stayed in unit 114. It was great value for money and I was pleasently surprised how close we were within walking distance to a church, supermarket, and eateries. It was easy to find (our gps was being stupid at the time). The unit was on the ground floor and the view of the garden was lovely. We weren't far from the pool either and the beach! What more could you ask for? Room service but we aren't fussed about that at all because we were so close to being able to walk or drive anywhere! The owners even gave us a bag of coffee as well as a box of chocolate covered macadamia nuts.

We stayed in unit A101, a ground floor condo on the end of the building. It looked out to the beach and had a nice lanai. The condo was decorated very nicely and had everything we needed for our stay - well-stocked kitchen, comfy living room, and good sheets and towels. The owners welcomed us with a gift basket of local coffee, cookies and pineapple. We were really pleased with our choice.

We came here with my two teenage kids and stayed in one of the two bedroom units (#113). Our friends stayed in #119. The condos were not the newest but they were clean and very well stocked with cooking supplies. The grocery store is not even a block away, so it was easy just to wander over before meals and pick up anything we desired. Food on Maui isn't exactly cheap, but you can save a bundle by cooking in the units. There is a coin laundry on site that was never crowded. I guess most owners have their own machines. The beach is nice and the views are wonderful right from the property and you sure can't beat the price. The setting is quiet, but we did not experience any problems when we talked a little too loud as mentioned in some of the previous comments. We played shuffleboard, cooked on the outside grills, swam in the pool and ocean and watched the sunsets right on the property. Big public beaches with good snorkeling are only a couple of miles south. People looking for a 5 star resort will be disappointed, but those looking for a smaller, more laid-back vacation locale will find it here.

Room Tip: Rooms in building C have full views of the ocean, but all rooms have an ocean view of some sort, you...

We stayed in 224 above the Pool and the

IT would be a long time before they can

We are a family of four with young children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kids loved playing and swimming in the large pool. The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The beach was safe for the kids to play. The complex is centrally located and very close to many beaches that were excellent for snorkeling and boogie boarding. We had a great family vacation and will certainly be back. We only saw the property manager a few times and each time he was very friendly and helpful.

Over the past few years we have stayed there a few times. Each time has been a little less desireable. We stayed in Unit #221(upstairs, somewhat near the pool). There was a large group from Colorado(numerous units)staying at the location, and they acted like they owned the place(loud and obnoxious). The area is also less desireable. Saint Theresa"s Catholic Church is directly east of the units and parking areas(separated by some shrubbery). Daily at approximatelt 5:00-5:30 P.M. the church has a free meal for the homeless/vagrants, etc.)They are all around the location, and start arriving into the area in the midle/late afternoon. They must come from everywhere on the island, and many of them are at the very least filthy. They also hang around the "life" market(used to be the "star"market, directly north of the church. So be aware, if you are walking in the area in the late afternoon and early evening. Probably a very good idea to keep your rental cars locked. Anyhow, the area is just not what it used to be, and it's a shame.

Room Tip: Must be better units that #221

We stayed in 223. Redone with amazing kitchen.Beautiful view of sunset since it's on the second floor. As nice of view as u will find.

If you have kids please don't stay here,no matter how well behaved your kids are you will feel unwelcome. Rules for kids are enforced strictly and rudely, but for owners and older people they are non existant.

I do think they want it to be a 55 plus condo but can't do it .

As mentioned earlier by other guests, some condos are remodelled, and some are in dire need. Do your research.
